She has also worked as a voice actor for tutorials and commercials.Zojie studied art for all four years of high school and again at Arizona State University focusing on 3D modeling & animation at Arizona State University.Zojie currently resides in the Boston, MA area and performs all activities virtually, but also attends events and conventions nationwide. Her passions include music, art, baking, sewing, and learning about the latest innovative technologies. By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
TURNAROUND TIME
The completion time for your 3D VTuber model depends on its complexity. Typical timelines range from 1-2 weeks for simple models to 1-2 months or longer for complex designs. I do not currently offer rush delivery.Please DM me for a personalized estimate before commissioning!
OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
Existing Designs:
If your model is based on an existing 2D design, you or the original artist must provide written permission for me to create a 3D version. I retain the right to showcase the model in my portfolio, but you and the original artist retain all other rights to the design.Credit for my work is appreciated, but not required for work on existing designs.
Original Designs:
For models I design OR perform any design work on, I retain the right to showcase the model in my portfolio. Commercial use is included for revenue up to $100,000 per calendar year. For revenue exceeding $100,000, you agree to pay 20% of profits directly attributable to the model’s use (e.g., streaming revenue, merchandise sales). Alternatively, you may request a one-time fee for unlimited commercial use; contact me for a quote.All models are delivered with standard rigging with 5 expressions. Additional features may incur add-on fees.Credit for original designs is required.
Payment & Add-Ons:
-Full payment is required on Ko-fi before work begins.-Add-ons (e.g., advanced physics, animal ears/tails, etc.) can be purchased later if needed. A list of available add-ons and their prices is available on the listing.-All prices are based on model complexity. Contact me for a quote tailored to your project before commissioning.
Cancellation & Refunds:
-I reserve the right to cancel a commission at my discretion (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances) and issue a full refund, minus any transaction fees that may have occurred. If partial work has been completed, you will receive all work-in-progress files (e.g., base model, textures) and a proportional refund.-If you cancel the commission, refunds are not guaranteed after work has begun.Incomplete or unclear references may result in delays or additional design fees. I will provide up to 3 rounds of revisions during the modeling process; additional revisions may incur fees.Please disclose whether you intend to use the model commercially. This helps ensure compliance with the licensing terms above. Failure to adhere to commercial use terms may result in additional fees or legal actionI do not tolerate harassment of any kind. If you make me uncomfortable, the commission will be terminated along with any future commissions and you will not receive a refund. Refunds are given at my sole discretion and depend on the circumstances. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.Any disputes will be resolved amicably via written communication (email, DMs, Discord, etc.) first. Complete Terms & Conditions for Vocal Lessons & Coaching with Zojie Raine
By booking or purchasing any vocal lesson service (one-time sessions, bundles, etc.) via Ko-fi or elsewhere with Zojie Raine, you agree to these terms. These apply to all services unless otherwise noted. Ko-fi handles payment processing securely; any payment errors should be directed to them first.
NOTE: first person singular pronouns (e.g. I, me, my) refer to Zojie Raine in this document and on Zojie Raine’s ko-fi page.
ONE-TIME SESSIONS & BUNDLES PRICING
One-Time Sessions:
$35 for a basic feedback loop (10-15 min analysis vid)
Add $25 for full analysis (20-30 min vid with extras) for a total of $60.Bundles:
Prepaid packages at discounted rates (e.g., Custom Package Bundle: 3 base rounds for $89, 15% off; VTuber Glow-Up Bundle: 5 full rounds + shoutout for $255, 15% off)Must be used within 1-3 months. Bundles are prepaid and non-transferable, but flexible for mixing basic/full loops as needed!

PLEASE DM BEFORE PAYMENTSingle Feedback Loop (Base Price: $35): After initial discussion and payment, please send me a 5-10 min video of your current warm up process (if any) and a full song from start to finish in Ko-fi DM. Once I review it, I'll reply with a 10-15 min video breakdown—notes on your pitch, breath, tension, etc., plus custom tips and cheers for improving! Great for new students and beginners. Turnaround: 3-5 days.Full Analysis Loop (Add $25, total $60): This upgrade is for deeper dives! I'll respond with a 20-30 min video including looped/annotated clips, detailed fixes, and a tailored practice plan. Best for song-specific or advanced tweaks.Custom Package Bundle (3 Base Rounds: $89, 15% off singles): Prepay for three basic feedback loops, best spread over a month for steady progress. Ideal if you're not sure on goals but just wanna level up! (Upgrades to full available at +$25 per round.)VTuber Glow-Up Bundle (5 Full Rounds + Shoutout: $255, 15% off fulls): Includes five full analysis loops, plus a bonus community shout-out on my streams/X when you nail your next performance or concert. Perfect for that indie VTuber polish! (Downgrade to bases if preferred, scaled accordingly.)
AVAILABILITY:
Please DM before booking on Ko-fi! I handle rounds on a flexible schedule, typically responding within 3-5 days. (E.g., if you send on Monday, expect feedback by Thursday-Friday.) No rounds without full payment. I do not process on weekends.

Please DM me your singing goals & previous experience before booking!It helps to have a goal for your singing in mind. You might want to improve specific aspects of your voice, learn a specific song, perform in a specific register or character voice, etc. If so, please share it with me!That said, it's ok if you just want to generally improve your voice or you're not sure what would help you sound better. I can help you with this too!
VTUBERS, NON-VTUBERS, & PRIVACY:
My services are async and avatar-friendly—no face required! Send audio/video as your VTuber self if you'd like!That said, there may be times I ask to see your posture or part of your face if I feel we can't address it in another way. I may also send you a video of my face or posture if it is the best way to show you.By booking a session with me, we both mutually agree to NOT share or take screenshots of our faces or leak sensitive information about each other that may be shared in confidence. THIS EXTENDS TO BOTH VTUBERS AND NON VTUBERS.I may accept live vocal sessions on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a live session, I record audio of your session for you and you alone so that you can revisit your session again to practice. This audio will never be used for any other purpose or shared with anyone except you. Any promotional materials created from recordings will have faces blurred. If you do not want me to record our session or use session audio/video for promo purposes, please let me know in advance.Personal info (e.g., contacts, goals, recordings) is/are for services only, stored securely, and deleted on request. Provide me with accurate info for best results in your training!
